
'Olympie' by Fayral
This is the smaller version of the famous Olympie, made in the late 1920's, early 1930's by the Le Verrier foundry, Paris. It is signed Fayral - a pseudonym used by Pierre Le Faguays. Green patinated, Le Verrier Art Metal mounted on a wedge stone base, signed Fayral to the stone. Total height is 11 inches (28cm). Condition is good with a few expected patina marks and scratches.

This lovely green patinated art metal statue was made by the Le Verrier foundry in the 1930's. She is known as Danse Paienne. Derenne is a pseudonym used by Marcel Bouraine. She measures approx 11 inches high (28cm) and is in good original condition with very little age wear to the patina. Signed to the base metal Derenne.

Large Mirror Glass Console
Contemporary bevelled mirrored console table probably made in the 1970's. Excellent condition apart from single small crack to a corner which is stable and not moving. Looks great in a deco interior. Measures 48 inches long, 30 inches high and 14 inches deep (122 x 76 x 36cm).

Blonde Bedside Cabinets
A pair of English blonde satin wood and walnut bedside cabinets. Each with an internal shelf and drawer and a green celluloid handle. Condition is very good as recently renovated. Measures 15 inches wide, 24 inches high and 13 inches deep.

Chrome and Glass Side Table
Glass tops with scalloped, bevelled edges and the top shelf with frosted floral detail. Heavy marble base, ideal for a sofa table. Good condition with some foxing to the chrome. Top shelf measures 15.5 inches diameter, bottom shelf with 9.5 inch diameter and total height almost 24 inches.

Modernist Side Table
Dutch modernist side/coffee table in chrome and black wood. Unknown age and could be anywhere from the 1930's to the 1960's. Condition is good with some minor spotting to the base chrome. 23.5 inches in diameter and 20 inches high (60 x 51cm).

Stunning Amboyne Bed
This amazing French king size double bed frame has recently been renovated and is absolutely stunning. it is made of Amboyne and Mahogony and has integral bedside cabinets. The central headboard is amboyne with a serpentine top bar in mahogany which slopes down to a tapering cone on either end. The cone has a zigzag carved groove in cream and to each side of the bed is a semi circular drawer and top section. The drawer opens sideways towards the bed so you can open it without falling out of bed. Under this is a circular cupboard section and the door also opens sideways away from the bed. Both shelf and cabinet have glass tops and there is a white vitrolite panel inside the bottom of each cabinet. There are two connecting side bars that hold the headboard to the base board. The bottom panel has the matching zigzag cone to either end, central panels of Amboyne and a flared sledge bottom. Measurements are total width of the headboard is 114.5 inches and the height in the centre is approx 42 inches (290cm x 107). Mattress space between the two bedside drawer units is 66 inches (168cm) and each drawer unit measures 17.5 inches wide by 12 deep (44.5cm x31). Condition is very good having been recently renovated.

Floral Bed
French Amboyne and walnut double bed frame. To the top corners of the headboard are beautiful panels of stylised flowers in marquetry with inlay of celluloid and a blonde scalloping band from side to side. To the centre of the headboard is a panel of amboyne and this is flanked by panels of flamed walnut. Feet are typically French and are ribbed and tapering. The bed consists of the headboard, base board with slightly curved corners and the two side bars. It measures 59 inches wide by 54.5 high (150cm x 138cm). Condition is very good as it has just undergone renovation.

French Sledge Bed
Stunning medium walnut, highly lacquered double frame bed with double silver banding detail running down either side of both head and footboards. One or two small veneer chips beneath the lacquer, otherwise very good condition. Measurements are: headboard nearly 60 inches (5ft) wide and 47.5 inches high, footboard height is the same as the headboard but only 31 inches high.
