A selection of vintage period brooches dating mostly from the 1920s and 1930s in various materials, including a number of Vogue brooches, given away when subscribing to Vogue Magazine in the 1920s & 1930s. 
Apparently these brooches were given out by Vogue magazine as a free
gift with a year's subscription to the magazine in the 1920s. I have a
small selection of them. I can also supply a silver copy of the top left hand one, it has less
detail, but it is made of silver, has a safely clasp (which the originals
do not), is replaceable and therefore cheaper at £26 each.

American metal Flapper Lady and dog brooch, an original 1920s piece. Both dog
and lady have a pin on and it measures approx. 2.25 inches tall.
Top left: Old oval American brooch, measuring 2.5 by 3.5 inches and fitted with a safety clasp £35

American stylised golfers brooch £25 each
A large 2.75 inch (7cm) long green celluloid brooch made in France and in good condition, marked Depose to the reverse.
This lovely 1920s Vogue brooch is a very unusual piece as it is made of cream celluloid, where the usual Vogue brooches are of metal, and I have never seen another like this before, although I believe this one is Canadian. It measures 2.5 inches high and 2 inches wide (6x5cm) and her hat, jacket and shoes are blue and her legs pink. Condition is very good. £78
Apparently not an original 'Vogue' brooch, but still a lovely, large, lady and dog brooch of the same age (1920s-1930s). Very good condition.
1930s chrome dancer holding an initial C or G, measures approx. 1.75 inches wide. Some minor wear to chrome, but still a lovely brooch.
This lovely stylish gold tone brooch measures approx. 3 inches (7cm) long and is fitted with a safety clasp. I am not sure of the age, I believe it the be probably 1960's and American.
Very stylish 1930's modernist arrow brooch. It measures 2.75 inches (7cm) and has a polished bronze patina and is fitted with a safety clasp.
Made in the 1930's in Czechoslovakia (marked to the reverse) this lovely cream celluloid Borzois brooch is mounted in a chrome frame and measures 2.25 inches by 1.5 inches (5.5cm x 4). Condition is good. I also have this same brooch in red.
Large 5 inch (13cm) glitzy celluloid flower brooch, unsold old shop stock from the 1960's. Made of celluloid with inset diamonte section. In as new condition.
