Some of the pieces in this section are from a contemporary line which we are offering. These items are re-cast pieces made from the original 1920's - 1930's molds and clearly marked 'contemporary'. We also have a selection of vintage glass pieces, some French and some Czech by top glass artists. Included are famous pieces by Heinrich Hoffman and Henry Schlevogt who was Hoffmans son in law, both men greatly influenced the bohemian glass industry with their new ideas, designs and methods. Also we have amazing French glass items from fairly unknown companies such as Joma, Delatte and Leunne. The company of Leunne was run by Daum's brother, Daum supplied the blank pieces of glass and the Leunne company with the help of top designer Helingenstein enamelled and hand painted them in beautiful vivid deco patterning. You will also find some stunning ceiling lamps by Leunne and Loys Lucha on my lighting website.

This section is our selection of glass items from the deco period, all original 1920's - 1930's unless otherwise stated.

Very rare stylish geometric floral vase made of frosted glass with wonderful
very Deco stylised floral detail hand painting around it. It measures 10
inches (26cm) high and is signed on the side with the initials that I
believe are ER?. The colours are spectacular in bright yellow, red, white,
navy and turquoise. The condition is very good with just a slight roughness
to the edge rim, probably like it from new.

A lovely decanter with palmtree etching detail to the front and back, and 6 matching glasses. Decanter measures 5.5 inches wide by 9 inches high, has no markings but probably Czech or French and condition is very good.

Pale blue vitrolite glass box and lid which measures 6 inches square and is in very good condition.

Wonderful quality glass by Daum and hand painted and finished by Leune. It measures 6 inches high and has a wonderful geometric floral enamelling in blues, greens, white and black. Condition is excellent. - Sold
A French Daum style Leune dish, width approx 5.5 inches and with wonderful hand painted uranium glass dish signed Leune. Condition is very good. - Sold
An orange Daum glass vase with handpainted detail to the lid and measuring approx 4 inches in diameter. Condition is very good. - £260

Lovely French glass vase by the Etling foundry of Paris and signed to the bottom. It measures 5 inches (12cm) high and is beautifully hand painted in vivid blue, yellow, orange and purple enamel painted floral detail. Condition is good.
Another lovely piece of Czech leaded and cut glassware. Decanter and
alas only 3 glasses. With red enamelled and etched flower detailing, and
also gold geometric panels.
Czech leaded cut glass decanter set, with six glasses, having red
enamel and etched flower detail. A real quality piece and very
heavy.

Pink-beige glass cigarette box with a metal back in the form of a book, and a glass cover. The glass cover panel depicts a sailer playing a banjo in a tropical scenery with a galleon in the distance. To complet the set there is a cactus shaped ashtray with stylised flora a leaf pattern to the underside. Box measures 6.5 inches by 5 (16.5cm x 13), ashtray measures 5.5 inches by 3 (14cm x 7.5cm). Condition is very good but there is a small chip to the underside corner of the ashtray and a mold scratch mark to the inside (there from new).

Lovely 1930's Czech 8 piece decanter set, probably made by Palda. Wonderful black geometric patterning. The decanter measures 9.5 inches high and the tray 10.25 inches by 17.5 inches. The tray bears the original sticker Cadeaux Porcelains Cristaux. Good condition.

A 2 piece set comprising a powder bowl and scent bottle with lady's head and birds pattern, made in the 1930's in Czechoslovakia. The perfume bottle measures 8.5 inches high (22cm). Condition is excellent.
