Amboyne Dining Room Suite
A wonderful 10-piece dining suite consisting of 6 chairs upholstered in original green leatherette and with squared backs in Amboyne. The glass topped, canted edge table measures approx. 70 inches x 36 inches by 30 inches high (178x91x76cm). The matching cocktail cabinet/sideboard measures 63 inches long and 45 inches high (160x114cm) and has a central section fitted with a cocktail interior with inner glass panels, a light and a cantilevered top. The side cupboards have shelves and one cutlery drawer and the central lower cupboard has 3 drawers. Also to compliment the set is the sets original amboyne standard lamp with chrome uplighter bowl and a 3 tier trolley with removable top shelf. All made of rare amboyne wood with cross banding in walnut. Condition is all original and very good with just a few age related marks and minor chips. The original canted glass top is in good condition with no chips and the 2 separate upright leg supports and canted ends have wonderful figuring to the top surface. Chairs have the angled tapering backs and flared back legs.

American Bar Stools
A pair of stylish modernist American bar stools, dating from sometime between the 1920s and 1950s - according to the label underneath, which warns 'do not remove this tag under penalty of Law, made in compliance of an act of the District of Columbia 1929. Made by Hayward Industries Inc, Boston, Mass.' I cannot read the date. Each chair has tubular chromed legs and their original pale blue leatherette covering with contrasting navy piping. The top seat section spins for easy access and they each measure 30.5 inches high and with a seat diameter of 14 inches (78 & 36cm). Condition is good with some expected slight pitting to the chrome legs, but not bad and the seats are both in excellent original condition.

Silvered Wrought Iron Table
Extremely heavy and stable wrought framed table with typical French decoration in the iron, and with a chunky top of canted edged pink marble. In very good condition with just some expected ageing to the silvering. 24 inches high and 20.5 inches square (61x52cm).

Glass Finned Table
Another lovely French circular sidetable with mirrored top and central support with 3 shaped glass fins. Condition is good with a few minor age related scratches to the wood and gesso frame, but nothing drastic. Good solid table measuring 20 x 20 inches (51cm).

Rare Rocket Display Cabinet
This wonderful English rocket cabinet was made by the Spengler Company of London, and this version with the increased width to accommodate side book shelves on either end is the rarest version. Good original condition with its original cream bakelite handles. Measures approx. 46 inches wide and 53 inches high (117x135cm).
