 Lovely Wading Birds Group
A French spelter bird group which have bronze legs for extra strength. The birds have a lovely greeny-bronze patina and they are mounted on a stunning base which is made of black marble and cream and green onyx. This piece measures nearly 20 inches long, 5.5 inches deep and 10.5 inches high. Condition is very good with just a small scratch to the back of one of the birds. A humourous, but unsigned piece. French spelter group by Balleste-Molins, although this one is unsigned. I have another pair of this figure - please email me for details. The base is of Belgian black marble and measures 23 inches long, 4 inches deep and nearly 12 inches high, with a bronzed rib detail to the front. In nice original condition with no apparent damage or repairs - just a little patina wear to the lady's skin and dog.

 Diane and Leaping Ibex by Dauvergne
A large French spelter Diane the Huntress signed by J. Dauvergne. She is mounted on a brown onyx base which measures 28 inches long and 7 inches deep and the lady stands 22 inches high to the tip of her spear.  Spelter Nude
A gold patinated nude holding a shawl and mounted on an alabaster square base which measures approx 4 inches square, and the lady stands approx 8 inches high. Condition is good.

Lorenzl Scarf Dancer
This small bronze-patinated spelter nude dancer is an unsigned Lorenzl and measures approx. 7.5 inches (19cm) tall and is mounted on an alabaster ashtray dish base measuring 6 inches (15cm) in diameter. The figure is in very good condition but the base has a fine hairline surface crack about 3 inches across, although still very solid and stable.

Theatrical Dancer by Van de Voorde
Spelter theatrical dancer with cymbals. She measures a total height of 16 inches (41cm) including her portorro marble base. She has a silvered patina with gold sash and head scarf with remnants of red enamel to the front comb. Condition is good with some resilvering and the cymbals might not be original to the piece.

Tambourine Dancer
Wonderful French green patinated spelter nude dancer mounted on a black marble pyramid base. Total height is 16 inches (40cm), it is unsigned but possibly by Marcel Bouraine. Condition is very good. (I have two of this same statue if you wish to see the other - ask me for pics of F1172).

Friends by Carlier
Lovely silvered French spelter lady and dog. A signed piece by Carlier, made in the late 1920's. It is mounted on a portorro marble, brown and green onyx base that measures 24 inches by 7.5 inches (61cm x 19). The total height is 12 inches including the base where it is signed on the right hand end. Condition is good but has had some re-patination.
