Lady and Fawn
A large bronze lady holding a spelter fawn and standing next to the mother deer. The deer and the lady's dress has a bronze patina and her skin has an olive coloured finish. She is an unsigned figure and I have another of the same subject. She measures a large 19.5 inches tall and the base is 24 inches wide, made of a speckled black marble with 2 onyx intersections to the front. Condition is good with just a few minor scratches and marble nibbles.

Seduction by Le Faguays
This truly stunning spelter group was made by the Le Verrier foundry during the 1920s, was designed by the famous Pierre Le Faguays, who's pseudonym was Fayral and bears the foundry stamp of Le Verrier. The base is of Belgian Black marble and measures 26.5 inches (67cm) long including the overhanging legs, while the total height is approx 9 inches (23cm), and the depth is 5.5 inches (14cm). This statue is now rarely available, and the last one I had was several years ago. Condition is very good with a good dark green patina but there are several small chips to the marble base.

Group Atalante by Demarco
A 1930's made spelter piece by the Le Verrier foundry, Paris. The figures stand on a stone base which is signed Demarco to the rear and it measures a total length of 16 inches and 12 inches (41 x 30cm) high to the top of her bow. This is the smaller version of this piece, I also have the larger version. Condition is very good with a few minor age related marks and chips, but hardly worth a mention.

'Motherhood' By Chiparus
French spelter figural group by Demetre Chiparus, although this one unsigned. Mounted on a black marble base with green onyx panels and beige onyx top panel. The base measures 24 inches by 5.75 inches and a total height of 13.5 inches. Condition is exceptionally good as the piece has been single owner since new and was apparently kept in a glass cabinet. We guarantee this is a genuine Chiparus.
