'Friends' by Coste
Large French Qaulity Bronze figural group of a lady and Borzois. It has a lovely aged golden bronze patina and the base measures26 inches long and 8 inches deep.The styalised lady sits approx 13.5 inches high and it is signed in the bronze on the right hand end - Georges Coste. It is also marked at the back with what looks like ŒCive Perdiveš, but it is not very easily readable. The condition is excellent and very original with no damage or repairs. Georges Coste was an early 20th century sculptor, who was born in Romans in the late 19th century. He was a student of Boucher and exhibited figures and busts at Le Salon des Artistes, and was a winner of a third class medal in 1925.

Dianne the Huntress by P. Le Faguays
This lovely French bronze Dianne is the smallest version by Pierre Le Faguays. I also have the large version (ref: F2328), email me for more pics of either one. She is standing on a bronze base simulating rocks and stands almost 18 inches tall. Her bow and green patina are all original and in excellent condition with just expected ageing to the patina, and with no damage or repairs. Bronze Nymph & Deer by Morlon
This lovely bronze group is in really amazing condition. It is the smaller version of the famous Nymph and Deer, I also have the very large version. You can email me for pics of the larger one or more pics of this one if required. This one has a green themed patina and is mounted on a curved edge onyx base which measures 24.5 inches long by 7.5 inches deep. The lady sits 12 inches high and the piece is signed A. Morlon with a foundry seal in the bronze as per usual with this figure. The condition is excellent but it does have one chip to one of the back corners of the onyx base.

Ride of the Valkyrian by Bousque
This amazing action sculpture is a large French bronze, signed by Bousquet. It has a green patina and measures 20 inches high and 24 inches from the horses nose to his tail. The quality is exceptional and the horse is exquisite! You get a real sense of the horse flying through the air. The condition is very good with some minor ageing and a few minor scratches to the patina. This figure can be viewed in the Berman Book of Bronzes, volume 3, page 696, item 2553. Robert Bousquet (1888 - 1917) made other Equestrian sculptures.

Bronze Panther by Laurent
Large French bronze panther with golden patina, mounted on a pink marble base measuring 24 inches long. Very good condition.

Bronze & Ivory Lady by Hafenrichter
A lovely cold painted bronze and ivory dancer by Hafenrichter, on an alabaster socle - signed in the bronze base. Measures nearly 10 inches tall and in excellent original condition. Email me for more pics.

Bronze Dish Dancer by Lorenzl
Unsigned, cute impish green patinated bronze lady dancing in the centre of a Brazillian green onyx bonbon dish. Lady measures approx. 5 inches (13cm) high and dish has a diameter of 5.5 inches (14cm). Condition is good.

'Femme Nue Assise' by Riviere
Huge silvered bronze nude crouching and holding a basket of fruit. Mounted on a purple and green marble plynth. Total height is 17 inches (43cm). Base measures 14 x 8 inches and 2 inches high. Signed Giraud Riviere to the base and impressed bronze to her foot. Condition is very good with some minor wear and ageing to the patina.

'The Dance' by Lorenzl
Stunning bronze group of dancers - an unsigned Lorenzl. Mounted on a verdigris marble base measuring 12.5 by 4.5 inches (32 x 11cm) and 15 inches (38cm) high. Condition is very good. Email me for more pics of this stunning statue.
