Another modernist German Jakob Bengel necklace a new/old stock piece made of chrome and blue and grey galalith in a pendant style. It measures approx 17 inches (43cm) and it is in as new condition.

Aztec necklace by Bengel
Chunky double chain black and red galalith necklace made in the 1930s by Jakob Bengel. The centre sections are hinged and it is old/new stock. It has an approx. 16 inch (41cm) drop and the bottom central panel measure approx. a large 1.45 inches deep (5cm). I also have this same necklace in reverse colors of mainly red with black stripes.

This absolutely stunning German Smuck necklace was made in the 1930's by Jakob Bengel, Wilhelmstrasse Obertstein, Germany. It measures approx. 17 inches (28cm) ltotal length and is made from chrome plated brass and galalith (German bakelite type material). Central section measures 2 inches (5cm) high. Condition is excellent. A truly ultimate deco modernist necklace. Similar items can be viewed in the Art Deco Schmuch book.
