 Passionate Peirotte - Water colour
French limited edition pochoir painting. A picture of a Peirotte kissing a nude lady. Unframed it measures 13 inches by 9.5 and it is dated April 1925 and signed in pencil by the artist Tito. It will be framed in a contemporary wooden frame and the condition is excellent. I have another similar one by the same artist which matches this one nicely. It is shown below. They are limited edition 1920s pochoirs which have been hand stenciled in water colours. pochoirs are prints that have been stenciled with as many as 30 colours by a hand cut stencil which is applied by hand. Tito was a very famous French artist who worked during the Deco years.

lounging on a couch and just visible behind the curtain is a man in
theatrical period hat peeping around the corner. Unframed it measures 13
inches by 9.5 and it is dated April 1925 and signed in pencil by the artist

 Silk Wall Plaque
Picture plaque with a Silk picture detail sandwiched between two pieces of circular glass with a raffia frame. A very unusual item which measures approx 8 inches in diam. Condition is good but there is some ageing to the raffia frame. Apparently possibly by Aubrey Beardsley.
